Extrusion Plant Manager

Wesley Pennington graduated from Charles Henderson High School and later attended Troy University. Wesley has worked for KW Plastics since January 2021, starting as Washline Operator, and now since becoming the Extrusion Plant Manager, has helped KW Recycling break multiple monthly sales records as well as the yearly record.

Wesley equates working at KW with working with family (“in a good way”). He says that while it’s a huge company it’s not “corporate”, and that everyone has a name here and not a number.

When not spending time with his wife Danielle or watching kids Colt and Kyleigh play sports, he can be found hunting or spending time with his family.
