Samantha began her career with KW Plastics in 2019 as a Customer Service Representative within the Sales Department, where she specialized in coordinating the supply chain for HDPE and PP resins. In 2025, she transitioned into her current role as Marketing and Workforce Relations Manager.

In this role, Samantha develops, executes, and oversees internal and external communications and marketing strategies that strengthen the KW Plastics brand, foster employee engagement, and support positive workforce relations across the organization. She serves as a strategic partner to the Marketing, Human Resources, Advocacy, and Operations teams, helping ensure consistent messaging and a strong workplace culture. Her responsibilities include supporting recruiting and retention initiatives, brand development, tradeshows, internal communications, and community relations.

A native of Eufaula, Alabama, Samantha is proud to call the Wiregrass area home. She met her husband, Jarrod, there, and the two are now looking forward to welcoming their first child, Hattie Ann, in November 2026. Jarrod also works in the supply chain industry, making it a shared passion in their family.

Samantha graduated from Troy University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Global Business and a minor in Marketing. She is grateful that her time at Troy ultimately led her back home to KW Plastics, where she has had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. Samantha served as Vice President for Leadership Pike through the Pike County Chamber of Commerce in 2023. She is also a member of ReMA (Recycled Materials Association), and the Alabama Recycling Coalition (ARC).

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and making memories with her beloved fur babies. As she prepares for this exciting new chapter, she looks forward to balancing her passion for her career with the joys of family life.
