Jeff Knotts II serves as a Customer Service Representative at KW, where he specializes in coordinating the supply chain for HDPE and PP resins. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, Jeff manages orders, coordinates shipments, provides delivery updates, and builds strong relationships with customers. He works closely with KW’s sales, production, and logistics teams to help ensure a seamless experience from order to delivery.

A Troy, Alabama, native, Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Troy University. He has been with KW for nearly a year and enjoys the opportunity to support customers and collaborate with his colleagues.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golfing, fishing, working out, and watching sports. He is also the proud owner of two dogs, Miller, a Golden Retriever, and Kash, an Aussiedoodle.
