Blake Folmar

Director of Maintenance

A Montgomery, Alabama native who now calls Brantley home, Blake Folmar has been a dedicated member of the KW team for 16 years. As Director of Maintenance, Blake plays an essential role in keeping KW’s facilities and equipment operating safely, reliably, and efficiently.

In his role, Blake oversees preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment servicing, with a focus on minimizing downtime and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. He also leads maintenance projects and facility improvements designed to enhance efficiency, strengthen performance, and support KW’s continued growth.

With 16 years of experience at KW, Blake brings a wealth of knowledge, hands-on expertise, and a strong commitment to keeping operations performing at their best.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys hunting, fishing, and staying involved in his children’s sports and activities. He and his high school sweetheart, Bonnie, have been married for 16 years and are proud parents to Sellers, 14, and Collins, 11.
