Katie Davis joined KW Plastics as the Human Resources Manager in 2021. One of the things she values most about KW Plastics is the company’s openness to new ideas and suggestions, no matter how big or small. She appreciates the opportunities employees are given to challenge themselves, step outside their comfort zones, and grow through new experiences.

For Katie, what truly makes KW Plastics special is the people. Coworkers quickly become like family, creating a supportive environment that extends well beyond the workday. The sense of encouragement and connection within the KW Family is something you feel every day.

Katie is a former Troy University Co-Ed Cheerleader and earned her Bachelor of Science in Global Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Troy University. Additionally, a current member of the Pike County Board of Directors, 2025 member of the Parents, Partners, & Pike County Schools Academy and 2024 graduate of the Leadership Pike Program.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Hue, and their three children, Henslee, Walker, and Banks. Whether they are at the beach or spending time hunting and fishing on their land, family time is always a priority.
