Gracie Horne

Human Resources Coordinator

A Troy, Alabama native, Gracie earned her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business & Economics from Auburn University and her Master of Business Administration from Troy University.

Gracie joined the KW family of companies in August 2023 as an Administrative Assistant at sister company Sanders Lead. A few months later, she transitioned to the KW Plastics Recycling Division office as Human Resources Coordinator. Gracie supports employees throughout every stage of their experience with KW, with responsibilities spanning recruitment and hiring, onboarding, employee relations, offboarding, and Human Resources Information Systems.

Outside of work, Gracie enjoys spending time with her husband, Hess, whom she married in March 2026. She is also a Certified Mahjong Instructor and enjoys watching football, traveling, reading, and listening to crime podcasts.

Gracie is active in the Troy community through the Troy Junior Women’s League and the Kappa Delta Alumni Chapter. She also serves as Vice President of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Pike Class of 2026.
