Jason Richburg was born and raised in Troy, AL. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Professional Affiliations from Troy University in 2000, while completing his tenure in Human Resources and Workers’ Compensation at Wiley Sanders Truck Lines. He then began working for KW Plastics, beginning in Sales, before transitioning to Raw Materials and Additive Procurement. During his career, Jason contributed to KW Container’s marketing efforts in its early days and assisted with the implementation of ISO for KW.

After 28 years with KW Plastics and the Sanders companies, Jason says it has been an extreme pleasure to be a part of the organization. “KW has always felt like a family, first and foremost.” His work with KW has also given him the opportunity to travel across the country and meet more influential people who want to make the world better through plastics recycling.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with partner, Sonia, and his two beautiful granddaughters, Jolee (2 y.o.) and Blakely (9 mos.), both from his son, Toler.
