Dax joined KW Plastics in the Recycling Division in 2010 as a Production Supervisor, bringing with him valuable experience from his previous career as a State of Alabama Licensed Land Surveyor. After overseeing the production floor, he quickly merged into his new position as Wash Plant Manager. Dax brings strong leadership, dedication, and a commitment to supporting his team and the company’s operations.

Dax’s passion for leadership and service extends well beyond the workplace. He serves on the City of Troy Board of Adjustments, is a deacon at First Baptist Church of Troy, and stays actively involved in his community by coaching youth baseball and basketball. In recognition of his dedication to young athletes, Dax was named The Messenger’s Readers’ Choice Coach of the Year in 2016.

Outside of work and community service, Dax enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, and their four children – two daughters and two sons. Together, they stay busy with family activities, community involvement, and spending time at their family farm.
