ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
KW Plastics ("the Company") is committed to the protection of the environment. To effectuate this goal, the Company has developed this Corporate Environmental Policy. Specifically, it is the Company's policy to:

• Develop Programs to Ensure Compliance with All Applicable Environmental Laws, Regulations and Other Requirements to which the Company Subscribes;
• Ensure Effective Implementation of the Programs;
• Provide Training for Employees to Ensure that All Facility Activities and Operations are Conducted in an Environmentally-Sound Manner;
• Maintain a Positive Relationship with Government Officials and the Community with Respect to Environmental Regulatory Matters;
• Promote Waste Minimization, Prevention of Pollution, and Recycling Programs to the Extent Feasible; and
• Commit to the Continual Improvement in Environmental, Performance, with set Feasible Goals, Measurable Progress, and to Communicate Results.
